A Berkshire Winter Evening

It is still outside. The snow has stopped. Night

hasn't quite fallen and the air is so clean it hurts 

to breathe it, accustomed as I am to dirty air.

In all the world there is nothing as wonderful to me as

poking my head out the door on a Berkshire 

winter evening and thinking the world elsewhere is missing

something tremendous. (And thankful I am that they're not all here)

BERKSHIRE PRESERVES has had a very successful year thanks to you, 

our devoted customers. I wish you all a healthy and sweet New Year.

When placing an order, please contact me first to check inventory. Our production always depends on seasonal availability of the fruits we use. And, frankly, I can't keep up with demand, production AND keeping this blog up to date. So, rather than your placing an order that cannot be filled, I would welcome your direct contact with me.
